I submitted my application!

Praise God! I got over my writer's block and finished my personal statement yesterday. =) Thanks a whole bunch to my dears who helped me proofread it. I submitted my OTA application today. I am more than a little excited =]]!! In the back of my mind though, everytime I hand in an application or register or something I have a feeling some sort of complication will come up, but this time it seems to be easy and went smoothly (at least so far, hopefully it safely completes its process.) Right now all I can do is pray and wait. I will give the rest to God!

Half of the spring break has already past, seems like this is not much of a break, I have to do a lot of stuff and keep on working throughout the week. I still have to do taxes, clean the bathroom, clean my room (Yes, I will clean it finally) and wash my car that has not been washed all winter, due to how often it rains, like today, it quickly gets dirty again. But I am thinking next Monday will be the day I clean it, after I come back from retreat. I will finally get my time off this weekend to go to Timothy Group Retreat!!

Most importantly, I have to figure out by the end of this week what to make for Mom's birthday dinner. What kind of cake should I bake? Her birthday is next Tue =) My first day back to school =) I will have dinner with her that night. =)

Writer's block?...Yes it happens to me too.

Beautiful day today~ Sunny, white clouds floating in the blue sky. Practically a blissful day to be outside and playing, which is what most of my friends are probably doing right now. It is supposedly the Monday of my spring break. So what am I doing here in my room? I have something to do. Something I've been waiting for 7 years to do. I am writing my personal statement to apply into the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. After a series of trial and tribulations over the past years to figure out what I want to do and the ups and downs of being bipolar, I finally arrived at this point and set my mind on this goal to go into the Occupational Therapy field. And believe it or not, this blog started from my writer's block. It's after an encouragement from my sister to start a blog to write down my life journey. I do appreciate her, and she has her wonderful family blog about raising two adorable kids and the journey of motherhood. I think free-writing is a good way to get back into rhythm of writing. Now is to look at things with some fresh eyes, write it!
